My vacation is kind of a trial run for living with less. Since six of us have to squeeze into a mini-van and drive for five days with all our luggage, I've learned to pack pretty light. As my sister in law said, "You packed less stuff for two months than I packed for the weekend!"
I have three skirts, five pairs of shorts, some t-shirts, three bathing-suits, one pair of pants, one pair of capris, a few nicer shirts and a dress I'll never wear on this vacation. My outfits are repetitive, but that's okay - I only brought stuff I like.
And that's going to be the key to all of this, isn't it? Only keep what you love. It makes sense, doesn't it?
